DISCUSSION: Frequent Nuisance Ordinance. If citizens plan on speaking to council during the meeting we request that they fill out the online Request to Speak to Council form by 4 pm prior to the council meeting. The number of people permitted inside council chambers will be limited due to public health guidelines. Health and temperature checks will be conducted prior to entry.
