Central Avenue water main replacement project will begin next week.
1500 block of Central Avenue – 15th Street to Phelps Avenue
Central Avenue between 15th Street and Phelps Ave will be closed to traffic
beginning December 14, 2020, and continue through the beginning of February for
water main replacement. There will also be closure of the intersections of 15th
Street and Central Ave and Phelps Ave and Central Ave for shorter periods to make
pipe connections.
Streets will be closed to traffic during this time. Crews will attempt to complete all
work in a way that minimizes disruption within all means possible.
