Green Thumb Initiative (GTI) will be joining the Cañon City Public Library for a special story time "CARS" (Controlled Articular Rotations) program.

Children and adults are welcome! We will be learning calm and mindful movement, breathing techniques, daily exercise routines, and tips and tricks to build a stronger mind and body. We will wrap up with a nutritional Q&A.
