The Splash Pad at Centennial (Duck) Park will be closed entirely on July 23rd and 24th for the Whitewater Festival.

5th Street Closure for Painting

The Street Department will be closing 5th Street between Main Street & Macon Avenue on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 6 AM – 11 AM for the painting of parking spaces, cross-walks, and stop bars from the recent chip sealing project.

The area will be posted with no-parking signs on Monday, July 26th. Any questions about the project can be answered by calling Street Superintendent Tony Falgien at (719) 269-9027.
