Cañon City currently has a 58.7% response rate for the 2020 Census. This is a great start but we know we can do better! If you have yet to complete your Census there is still time. Please be sure to either fill out and return the paper form you received in the mail, or you can respond by phone at 844-330-2020 or online at 2020census.gov
Completing the Census is quick, easy, and safe! Let’s make sure that each and every person in Cañon City and Fremont County is counted. This means federal money coming back to our community to directly fund the following: emergency services, educational grants, homeless shelters, head start programs, libraries, new roads, Medicare, health clinics, health and human services, and more!
