The Accounting and Financial Reporting section manages all accounting functions of the City including:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Cash receipts
  • General ledger
  • Payroll
  • Preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports

The Finance Department staff have been preparing Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports since 1997 and have been awarded the “Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting” by the Government Finance Officers Association every year.
