City crews will pick up and dispose of storm debris consisting of tree limbs and branches that fell during the recent snowstorm from properties within the city limits starting April 1st through approximately April 12th.
Any debris that residents want to have picked up needs to be placed in piles adjacent to the street (without blocking streets or sidewalks) no later than Monday, April 1st to ensure pick up. City crews will only accept tree limbs and branches at this time; no other yard waste, trash, construction debris, or anything other than tree limbs and branches will be accepted.
If you miss the pick up you may drop off your own material to the gravel lot west of the Public Works facility on Elm Street (620 Elm Avenue) on Saturday, April 6th from 9AM to 3PM. Additional Saturdays may be added for drop-off if there is a need. City staff will be on-site during the drop-off hours to ensure the materials consist only of branches and limbs and to aid in directing where to drop materials. No commercial drop-offs will be allowed.
