[ARCHIVED] Resurfacing Project Updates as of April 26, 2024

Repaving projects continue with the completion of Esplanade Court and Four Mile Parkway this week while Oak Avenue and 5th Street work will be continuing over the next following weeks.

Esplanade Court (Phay to Bauer)
Concrete work is completed, the roadway was milled Wednesday and resurfaced yesterday (4/25/2024). This segment is now completed and will be open to traffic later today once the paving has cooled and set. 

Four Mile Parkway (US-50 to CR-123)
Resurfacing work was completed on Wednesday (4/24/2024) and the road is open. Work on this segment is completed except for the pavement markings which are still pending a final date for installation. 

Oak Avenue (10th to Yale)
Concrete work on Oak should be completed early next week. A couple of small sewer/water repairs were identified in the segment and will be repaired next week. Once utility work is done the project will be placed back on the schedule for milling and resurfacing.

5th Street (Fairview to High)
Work on 5th Street began yesterday (4/25/2024) with spot concrete removal/replacements working generally from south to north. Concrete work is expected to last several weeks before paving can commence.
